After receiving your order, we’ll begin custom sourcing your gemstone and send you real-life videos for approval. From there, we’ll provide a CAD design and 3D render. Once approved, production begins!

Production takes 3–4 weeks. Upon completion, we’ll send you a video sneak peek before your order is shipped! All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via UPS (3 business days), and international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
