Can I customize my pieces?
Yes, you can! As each Mojo piece is uniquely made, any design is customizable. If you want to change out the type of stone, have a preference on color of the stone, or would like to tweak minor details, reach out to hilary@thisismojo.co before placing an order, quotes & prices will increase or decrease based on customizations!
How does return & exchanges work?
We want you to love your Mojo pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@thisismojo.co as soon as possible, and we will send you a shipping label for a hassle-free return or exchange.
(Loose diamonds and custom orders are not eligible for return.)
Are Mojo diamonds certified?
Yes! All pieces featuring diamonds of 1 carat or more come with an IGI certification. While diamonds under 1 carat aren't typically certified, Mojo provides certificates for smaller diamonds upon request, so you can shop with peace of mind.
