Yes, you can! As each Mojo piece is uniquely made, any design is customizable. If you want to change out the type of stone, have a preference on color of the stone, or would like to tweak minor details, reach out to hilary@thisismojo.co before placing an order, quotes & prices will increase or decrease based on customizations!
How does return & exchanges work?
We want you to love your Mojo pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return* or exchange unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Just reach out to hello@thisismojo.co to get started!
*Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs if an item is not being exchanged; returned orders are subject to 10% restocking fee. Loose diamonds and custom orders are final sale. Items returned missing original packaging or not in original condition will incur an additional restocking fee.
Are Mojo diamonds certified?
Yes! All pieces featuring diamonds of 1 carat or more come with an IGI certification. While diamonds under 1 carat aren't typically certified, Mojo provides certificates for smaller diamonds upon request, so you can shop with peace of mind.
